Charlene Dranee Keith , born in the great city of Miami, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WF Neighbors Feeding Neighbors, a faith-based nonprofit founded out of both compassion and personal experience. Charlene understands firsthand the stress and uncertainty that come with not having enough, and that lived experience shaped her heart for service and her commitment to helping others walk through difficult seasons with dignity and support.

Her motivation is deeply rooted in faith. Charlene believes that God meets people in practical ways, often through willing hands and compassionate hearts. What began as an obedience call to a 21 day fast  has lead to her simply helping where she could—sharing food, offering encouragement, and responding to immediate needs—grew into a calling by God to serve entire communities. She stepped forward in obedience, trusting that provision would follow purpose.

Charlene founded WF Neighbors Feeding Neighbors Incorporated underneath her carport with humility and hands-on dedication. She is actively involved in outreach, building relationships, and ensuring that every person served feels seen, valued, and respected. For her, this work is more than a nonprofit—it is ministry, service, and love in action.

Her vision remains grounded in a simple belief: when neighbors come together, guided by faith and compassion, lives can be nourished and hope can be restored.

Our Team.

As a faith-based organization, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. That calling requires us to treat others—our neighbors, our volunteers, and ourselves—with dignity and respect. We are valuable. We are important. And so are the neighbors we serve. Let us treat them as such.
